Cross posted with 30 day challenge. Aloha, I would have loved to have started this new green challenge with y'all, but my doctor just ordered me to only eat dry toast and drink clear fluids. No fats. No acid. Do any of y'all have any ideas of what to drink? I'm bored and hungry. Tired of dry toast and clear fluids. If any of you have suggestions of other drinks/fluids without fat or acid (no lemon, no butter) that are vegetarian, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance, mirthfullady
Guest guest
Couldn't you create a blended drink in the VM and then strain the pulp? Wouldn't that give you a 'clear' fluid or not? RenaIf God brings you to it, He will bring you through it.Happy moments, praise God. Difficult moments, seek God. Quiet moments, worship God. Painful moments, trust God. Every moment, thank God. Guest guest
Not necessarily-if it is blended with any type of " residue " food, such as dairy or grains, it wouldn't be considered clear. Also, depending on what condition is being treated, high oxalate/salicylate/amine foods, such as many veggies and greens could make matters worse. It would be helpful if we knew why the doc recommended the diet. > > > ** > > > > > > Aloha, > > I would have loved to have started this new green challenge with y'all, > > but my > > doctor just ordered me to only eat dry toast and drink clear fluids.
