Guest guest
I found this interesting about hox genes. We all have them, but who has heard of them. Just sharing some information. For example, Hox genes help lay out the basic body forms of many animals, including humans, flies, and worms. They set up the head-to-tail organization. You can think of them as directing instructions as an embryo develops: " Put the head here! Legs go over there! Most of the mutations that we think matter to evolution are " naturally-occurring. " For example, when a cell divides, it makes a copy of its DNA-and sometimes the copy is not quite perfect. That small difference from the original DNA sequence is a mutation. http://evolution.berkeley.edu/evosite/evo101/IIIC3Causes.shtml Some of you may be interested in the above, Lottie
