Guest guest
Dh and I picked up a CIA version at Bed, Bath, and Beyond yesterday. We decided to go with the tried and true for now. Have not used it yet as other priorities have taken my time. Will probably be getting a 32 oz. wet container for single use. Any other additions we should get? Guest guest
Hello Katg57,I really like the 3-pack Spatulas - they are made of plastic that does not "grip" or "catch" on the blades and are firm all of the way to the edges so they really scrape well - they are also shaped to fit into the corners of the container. If you order through me, I'll toss in the spatulas for free. (shipping is free too :-)I really like the "mini tamper" to go with the 32 oz. container - the only time I ever "chewed up a tamper" (and I did this twice!) was when I pushed the large tamper past the point where it is supposed to "stop". Check out the difference between the two tampers and you can probably see why I was able to do this:https://secure.vitamix.com/Vitamix-Tampers.aspxThere is a back order on all containers right now. If you want to place an order to lock in the $99 price, send me:1) Name and address you want it shipped to.2) Phone Number and a Best Time to Call.3) Email for Shipping ConfirmationI will forward this information to Kilbane at the Vitamix Home Office, then she will call you to confirm the order - I don't know if she will take payment information at that time, or just place you on a wait list to be called when the containers are available...
