I’ll have to try this one. Every time I”ve made peach I’ve been disappointed because the peach always seems to be so mild, or without taste, like the frozen….even when I’ve added Medicine Flower’s peach drops. Sounds lovely! I did something very similar with fresh organic ripe peaches that were on sale at a WFM once. I cut up and froze the peaches and made an ice cream pretty much just like you described (except it was all peach instead of peach and mango) - DELICIOUS! Mango really makes things creamy. Mango + Peach sounds like an awesome flavor combo!
