My Nannie (grandmother) was a nurse. .... There was this family the husband had

a history of drinking to much and getting into the wrong beds.. He came home

one night late smelled of another woman and she had told him she was tired of

his ways. He made it into bed and passed out.

The wife took her large  cast iron frying pan filled it with grease heated it.

Sewed the sheets around him and poured hot grease on his manly parts. He stopped

his running around.

Subject: [ ] Iron pots revisited

Dear Bobby and Eva,

After reading Bobby's post about her experience with iron pots, I remembered

about a woman who came here from California to teach deaf children in the public

schools because she knew how to sign. She told me she was also a nurse and used

to stay with an elderly man.. He tried to get fresh with her and she told him

the next time he laid his hands on her, she would take the black iron skillet to

his skull. He never tried it again. I think she would have done it, she looked

like Powerful Katrina, too. Her husband began abusing her and she took a black

iron skillet and knocked him out and then divorced him, so it can be used as a

weapon, too. Anyone else have a story about black iron pots, we would all be

interested to hear it? I know we must have a few story tellers in the group.

Blessings and a chuckle,

Lottie
