Guest guest Posted July 24, 2012 Report Share Posted July 24, 2012 I had a few tomatoes that were getting mushy and I hated to throw them out so I put them in the Vitamix along with some cheese, onion, basil, a little garlic and skim milk. I added just a little flour to thicken. Blended until hot on high then down to one to eliminate the foam. Really good and no sodium. I may use yogurt instead of milk in the future and would not need the flour. Avocado or cabbage would be a possible addition to but was outstanding as it was.
