Guest guest Posted June 9, 2012 Report Share Posted June 9, 2012 I saw a recipe for subing out cauliflower for macaroni in the Vegetable TIMES. to make MAC AND CHEESE. but they used all sorts of heavy cream etc.. would like to do this.. but love to make a mock mac and cheese .. I saw the QVC people made a cheese sauce for their mac and cheese in the VITAMIX but need a lower calorie option Any suggestions ?????
