Picture I put up is not the best but it was very hot and I was trying to get things done and so just snapped what I had in front of me. I really liked the relish and so did , salty, kind of sweet, not hot at all. I have plenty of the marinade left to make it again and I have enough relish so that's all taken care plus I have one skewer that is cooked that we're planning on having for lunch tomorrow. I use the chicken tenders and threaded them on the skewers rather than the cubes so the timing under the broiler was different from the recipe. Recipe called for five minutes total I took them out after five minutes and they were still raw in the middle so I gave them an extra four minutes and they were perfect and juicy and tender.
