Dear Group,

It's Sunday again and after reading Parade Magazine, I thought I would share

the following with you. The title of the article is " 5 Reasons You May Be

Tired. " I'm sure you can equate with some or even all of them.

If you're like many people, you consider a state of fatigue normal. Often, a

lack of energy can be corrected with changes in diet and exercise. But a real

medical reason also could be causing that missing zip. Consider whether the

following conditions sound familiar. 1. Sleep Disorders. 2. Thyroid

Conditions. 3. Diabetes. 4. Depression. 5. Anemia. After each, there is an

interesting article on the reasons and what can you do about it. No soap box,

just a little nudge to take care of yourself.
