Dr. Paquette at UCLA

Hello Debra,

I have seen Dr. Paquette at UCLA for a little over two years ever

since

my original doctor, Sawyers, moved to Memorial Sloan

Kettering

in NYC. I was in the Phase 1 trial at UCLA for STI 571 (Gleevec) and

Dr. Sawyers had been my doctor for seven years before becoming a

patient of Dr. Paquette. This coming April, I

will have my 10th anniversary on Gleevec.

Dr. Paquette is wonderful and knows his stuff. He has run many trials

for CML drugs and genuinely cares about the patients he sees. If I
