I don't know for certain, but my guess is that there is some evaporation that happens as the kale is frozen and that it wouldn't be as good juicing frozen kale as fresh.

Not sure about the juicing but glad for the idea of freezing kale--- I have so

much in my garden and I don't want it to go to waste! -Amber
