Guest guest
I don't know for certain, but my guess is that there is some evaporation that happens as the kale is frozen and that it wouldn't be as good juicing frozen kale as fresh. They are perfect for smoothies. Does anyone know if they can be used for juicing as well? I tried it but wasn't sure if it was just passing through my Hurom juicer or if I was actually getting juice & nutrients from it. Guest guest
Not sure about the juicing but glad for the idea of freezing kale--- I have so much in my garden and I don't want it to go to waste! -Amber
