Guest guest Posted July 4, 2012 Report Share Posted July 4, 2012 Happy Fourth of July everyone! I need your advice on putting fresh basil by for future use. My plan is to finely chop, mix with olive oil and freeze in cubes. I'm a Vita-mix newbie and am wondering if I should use pulse to do this as not to totally obliterate the basil and then blend in the olive oil by hand?
