Guest guest Posted July 4, 2012 Report Share Posted July 4, 2012 Chocolate Almond/Pecan Ice Cream (a dairy free alternative to the " real " thing ;-) 1/2 Avocado 1/4 cup raw pecans or peanuts 1/4 cup almonds 1/4 cup agave nectar or other sweetener (I would use Stevia) 1/4 tsp vanilla extract pinch of salt (less than 1/4 tsp) 2 heaping spoons baking cocoa Frozen almond (or rice) milk cubes to the 4 cup line in the Vitamix.
