This one-hour documentary from Peabody Award-winning filmmaker ph Lovett

shows the vital role that hematologists play in diagnosing and treating

complex medical conditions, as well as conducting basic research that leads

to life-saving treatments. The film is a great way to show your friends and

family what a day in the life of a hematologist is like.

" Blood Detectives " is the cornerstone of " Blood: The Vital Connection, " a

public education campaign recently launched by the American Society of

Hematology that aims to educate audiences about how blood affects total
