Subject: [ ] has lost her job

Dear ,

All I can do is offer my condolences on the loss of your job. I sincerely

hope you can find one soon. There must be a community clinic nearby. Have you

asked LLS if they had any information on this matter? Does your cancer clinic

have a social worker, they normally have a wealth of knowledge from lodging to

finances.

That's just about all the sleep I get, so I know the tired feeling you must

have. Do you think it could be depression from worrying about your job or lack

thereof?

I read that you had a lot of pain in your legs, mostly in the shins.

Supposedly, that is when the meds are destroying the bad cells in such a hurry,

your body doesn't have time to absorb them, sort of like having your spleen full

of leukemia cells and it keeps enlarging. I can still feel the pain in my shins

every once in a while on this trial, but I can tell you that while on Gleevec it

was a constant. If this is no consolation, at least you will know you are not

alone.

Perhaps some of the cancer blogs would know where you can obtain free cancer

care, including your CBC's, I would not stop asking. I was a volunteer with

social services and they provided money for people who needed money to pay their

rent, so why wouldn't they be able to help you with your CML needs? Never give

up, there must be something out there, have you contacted someone in the state

capital? I know everyone in this group must be praying and pulling for you to

get out of this situation. Just keep asking.

Blessings,

Lottie
