Guest guest
What? are you crazy? get rid of the caffeine and the salt, but never the wine! Hi Barb, mine is back too, drives me crazy. I hate doing the exercises, it's hard to make yourself dizzier than you already are. I think I'll try the antivert pills, they did not work years ago so I told my dr not to bother. I still wonder if the meds we are on are not the cause, even if the dr. says no. He has no idea what we are on or what the effects could be. I myself find vodka works fine, does not do a damn thing for the dizzy, but makes me feel so much better when I'm having a spell!! I am still not 100%. Boy this vertigo really knocked me down. This is the longest (2 day) stint I have had yet. I think I finally have to get off the caffine, wine and salt. All I read about Menieure's disease says that. And I guess if diet can control it then this is a good thing. I am trying to diet anyway. Just as well include my favorites. HA! Have a good day y'all.
