I have no input for you on Tasigna, as like Bobby, we are in trials. There are others who have been switched to Tasigna and seem to be pretty much in accord that it is working for them. On higher doses such as 800 mg. a day, you may find that you have some unwelcome side effects, but perhaps your doctor finds it better for you to be on a higher dose if you are in accelerated phase. Some have been in blast phase and they are now in remission. Hang in there and stay positive, there is more than one drug that can pull you back and reign in those Philadelphis chromosomes. We encourage positive thinking and asking questions about anything you don't understand. There are a lot of terms, and it will take a while to understand and remember them, but have patience, it will come.
