the leukemia and lymphoma society chapter of nebraska is based out of Omaha

nebraska.

they will be holding a community development meeting on Oct 22, 2008 from 5-7pm

at the holiday inn off of i-80 exit 312 south. if there is anyone in this group

that is from rural nebraska or kansas and would like to attend, please contact

pattie gorham at 888-847-4974. they are trying to get more of us rural folks

together and brain storm on items of interest to us and how they can help.

of the diseases they cover. you do have to fill out an application with your

local chapter and it is based on 500% of your states proverty quidelines.

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Co-Pay Assistance Program offers assistance to

patients with lymphoma, myeloma, AML, CML and MDS who are at or within 500% of

the federal poverty level. It offers assistance to patients toward private

health insurance premiums, private insurance co-pay obligations as well as

Medicare Part B or D, Medicare Supplementary Health Insurance and Medicare
