Dear Kat,

Quite possibly candida growth in the middle ear.

Two things to try:

1) a few drops of 3% H2O2 in each ear

or

2) a few drops of acidophilus dissolved in water in each ear

Another option is a few drops of warm olive oil with the tiniest smidge of

grapefruit seed extract. It will soften any hardened wax and the grapefruit seed

extract will kill any cooties too. And it is soothing, which is important with

someone who is 73.

my mother's ear

Hi, my mother is 73 years old. She has been in extremely good health.

Lately, she has been telling me that her ear feels as though it is " stopped

up " , sort of like the feeling one gets when flying. She has tried to clear

her ear, with no success. If I can help her with this problem, she would be

extremely grateful... my mother does not like going to the doctor! She is

afraid if she goes in, they'll never let her go! :) If anyone has any

suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it. Mother has never had any sinus

problems, but I guess this could be a symptom of that, I'm not sure. Thanks

for your help...
