Guest guest Posted May 31, 2012 Report Share Posted May 31, 2012 Thank you to everyone who answered my questions about the 3600. I got the gunk cleaned out after repeated hot water soakings. Now we've found that the blade assembly is loose. There is a rubber gasket thing on the underside of the carafe that appears to be holding the assembly in place. We can't get that gasket off (and don't really know if we should). Does anyone have any ideas? The blade part of the carafe is wobbly and rocks back and forth. Thanks! I think they are about 12 dollars for the tool, but once you get that machine fixed up, you will see it is well worth the effort! > > Thank you to everyone who answered my questions about the 3600.
