Yes, I have done that for years. I just put a bit of baking soda in the

dispenser where the soap powder or liquid would go, and put peroxide in the " jet

dry " dispenser thingy. If you feel the need for " scent " , you can add a drop of

lavender oil, lemon oil, etc.
