Guest guest
I was just reading the Sunday Times Newspaper(My home States sunday newspaper) There is an article of a young woman Anita Revel on personal projects. Anita has a Daily Blissings personal project. She uses this project to improve ones " Attitude to Gratitude " A photo is taken every day for a whole year of something that she is thankful for. At the end of the year she compiles the collection into a photo book (in this case for her children but it can be for family and friends). She is now in her second year as this has become a way of life of has changed her perceptions. Anyone can do - fantastic opportunity and this project is so easy to do with an outcome that has such a great affirmation that changes your attitude for looking too far into the future and always looking into the past but to teach you to " live in the moment " This will be my project for next year and a family and friends 2009 Christmas present. Anyone up for the challenge as CMLers have great reasons to be grateful but I think this project will give you an insight on how you actually feel about yourself and will attribute to personal growth. Anita states that this has become very addictive - so be aware.
