Amazing timing as I'm on vacation at my parent's house and Mom just happened to have the cucumber, and yogurt, and a neighbor just happened to bring over some fresh mint from her garden! As I was eating it I was thinking that I would like to try it as a dressing over chopped cucumber or other chopped veggies. Very nice taste.
