Freezing big bags of greens

I have successfully frozen the big bags of organic kale from Costco as suggested

here. They are perfect for smoothies. Does anyone know if they can be used for

juicing as well? I tried it but wasn't sure if it was just passing through my

Hurom juicer or if I was actually getting juice & nutrients from it. Thanks~Jan
