Hello Everyone!I just wanted to take a minute to share my thoughts about the Preparing-But-Not-Afraid list. I was lazy and posted to both lists in one email (now I wish that I'd posted my message individually to each list) as it turns out I am getting a hand full of Vitamix Enthusiasts list members signing up over there.I want to mention that I formed that list as a favor to someone else. I agree fully with the premise, but the list has wandered significantly from its original purpose, and now there are only a hand full of people who post regularly, and SOME of their opinions are way out on the fringe. I don't want to be associated with those fringe topics/opinions. I neither condemn nor endorse them.There is a WEALTH of knowledge in the files about preparedness.Although I've never been shy of proclaiming my faith, I do not beat people over the head with my faith :-) I've seen some NASTY fights break out on that list that in no way glorify Jesus or exemplify what I believe a Christ follower should act like. I just felt compelled to write this, because I don't want anyone associating my character with what they see on that list :-)Again - it isn't all bad, but when the bad crops up, please don't think I am associated with that kind of behavior :-)Since this is WAY OFF TOPIC - please address any replies (if there are any) to me off-list :-)
