I love the bread that you make and mix up and leave in the frig and cook through the week..Have been doing that for a long time now. NOW that summer is here.. all the heat from the oven gets a little too uncomfortable at the end of the day..but I do LOVE that crisp crust . This method would WORK so much better with just a brief heat up of the broiler.. and a Nice hot crisp loaf of home made bread.. even better if you grind you own wheat too.......
