Rhonda Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerry [ ] Re: : Change in food taste, Sprycell Hi, I have tried greek yogurt as it is higher in protein and lower in sugar.I am diabetic so need to watch sugar and I am also Lactose intolerant.I get terrible gas/bloat,diahhrea with dairy products.I can do about 1/4c.serving size without too much abdominal distress.It seems for me if it's not one thing it's a half dozen other things..LOL..I have also had Gastric Bypass surgery and Lapband surgery so my diet is also very limited due to those issues as well.. I have tried the yogurt but don't think I eat enough of it or for a long enough period to get the benefits from it..Thanks for the tip..
