Guest guest
How about Danactive??? I love it and it used to work for me. Found in the yogurt section. By Dannan yogurt. A small little drink that helps your immune system too. I have tried the yogurt but don't think I eat enough of it or for a long enough period to get the benefits from it..Thanks for the tip.. Guest guest
Dear Cmler's 2, Have you ever tried taking Probiotics. These are better than the yogurt! If you are lactose intolerances, and can't manage the dairy products, these help keep your good flora inside your stomach healthy, to fight off infections. They can be purchased at most health food stores, and vitamin shoppes.
