Guest guest Posted June 6, 2012 Report Share Posted June 6, 2012 I just found this recipe which I'd like to try: Fill vita-mix with 6 cups of water. Put in 1 peeled lemon, quartered, 1 English cucumber, chopped or 2 regular cucumbers, 2 stalks celery, chopped, and a large handful of greens - I rotate every time with different greens. Blend for 30 seconds and strain through a fine mesh strainer. I put ice in 2 1 quart jars and fill. This makes 8 cups or so. I try to drink a quart a day. When it is just me, I don't put ice in one jar but fill it to almost overflowing, put a lid on it and put it in the frig for the next day.
