Remember though, that companies are not required to list ingredients that are

less than 2% of the volume of ingredients. I can't say about OV specifically,

but most on the market a few years back when I did research on them did contain

unlabeled anti caking agents. Things may have improved since then, so this does

sound like a decent option for those who want to use it, but anyone with

allergies might need to check further. I would if I needed to use it.
