Guest guest Posted June 16, 2012 Report Share Posted June 16, 2012 I made a delicious salad tonight using fresh salsa Verde from the supermarket. I buzzed it up in the Vitamix and added orange juice and olive oil and a bit of white wine vinegar. I roasted some chicken breast, sliced them thin and fanned the slices on top of the salad greens with some nice tomatoes quartered and dressed them with this sauce. Very fast, very tasty. Our Giant has very nice fresh green salsa which is quite mild, only a little heat. I think it's perfect for so many things. It was this salsa I turned into an espuma a couple if months ago.
