Guest guest
I know this is not a genius thing to share but I just had to say how happy I am to be able to make bread crumbs out of spelt bread or any quality healthy bread since I cannot find bread crumbs without white flour in it. Such a treat to have fresh, healthy bread crumbs in moments. I then add my own fresh herbs to them and just a bit of Italian hard cheese. Loving it. Guest guest
What do u use, I have a friend who has celibacy and this would be perfect Sent from my Verizon Wireless Phone <berrywell@...> wrote: >I agree! I am gluten free, and not only are the gluten free breads sold commercially expensive, but they taste horrid! I am thrilled that I can make my own fresh breads with grains I grind in the Vitamix, then turn around and turn the leftover breads into bread crumbs in the Vitamix too! > > > > > >> >> I know this is not a genius thing to share but I just had to say how happy I am to be able to make bread crumbs out of spelt bread or any quality healthy bread since I cannot find bread crumbs without white flour in it. Guest guest
I can't help it-I am CRACKING UP!! I assume your " auto correct " changed celiac to celibacy, but either one can be well cured with the right foods, lol!!! I use organic buckwheat groats, certified gluten free oat groats, organic red quinoa, and organic brown rice as my main flour grains. Though the breads have not helped with my celibacy issues, they have indeed helped with the celiac, lol! > >> > >> I know this is not a genius thing to share but I just had to say how happy I am to be able to make bread crumbs out of spelt bread or any quality healthy bread since I cannot find bread crumbs without white flour in it.
