Guest guest
I t depends on what you do .I'm fine if I get that nap, hard to do when working. One thing I have found if you overdo you will pay for 2 days. You have strength but it goes fast,I guess this is fatigue. I cramped up today 32% a short walk my calf started to cramp thought I would not get back home.A little warm all's ok.That has not happened before. What work do you do I'm 67 and retired. ________________________________ From:
