No but we do them all the time at work. Not uncommon to find vegans

short of protein, most pescatarians, lacto- or ova- vegetarians are

good to go but not always. Meat eaters usually test to have plenty

or an excess. Excess protein can (but does not necessarily) as well

as a lack of protein, cause problems, particularly if there is some

underlying problem (diabetes, poor kidney function, etc).

I have no question about protein myself, have for 70 years been a

consumer of leafy greens, non-pastureized and fermented dairy

products, and nuts.
