Guest guest
I was on Gleevec for 4 1/2 yrs. before being switched to Tasigna last June. I gradually noticed that foods that I used to love no longer had a great taste for me while I was on Gleevec. I wasn't sure if it was the meds or that I had just changed my likes and dislikes. Nothing really tasted great. Suddenly, after changing to Tasigna, I realized that I had strong tastes again! Wow! It was like POW, here it is! I devoured peanut butter, cheese, olives, all things that had lost taste to me. I don't want to gain weight, so I'm careful, but I do enjoy tasting food once again. in NY **************Know Your Numbers: Get tips and tools to help you improve your credit score.
