That is a strange dose,I was on 600 a day one 400 2 100 = two copay.Changed onc.

changed to 6 /100 =one copay.Doc probably do not think about your co pay .

600 mg 4 days a week and 400 mg 3 days a week. how will this affect

me ( side effects ) ? Also insurance now views this as 2

prescriptions meaning 2 copays you think it can be appealed ?
