Hi Lottie, the Baltimore Md. light the night made $140,000 and

counting my team raised $850.00. It was the first time i have done

this. It was very hard for me to ask people for money considering the

economy, and i was amazed at how generous some people were. I will

definately do it again next year and raise my goal. I have a

question, how much of this money goes to research i'm just curious.

Is all the food they get donated? I'm not sure how many walkers there

were it seemed like a whole lot.

Take care

Esther

Even better, YOU have already made the record books! Baton Rouge

finished with a total of 730 registered walkers, and New Orleans

finished with a whopping 1245 walkers - THE MOST EVER for both

cities! To date we have raised over $262,000 and counting! We still

have a ways to go to reach our goal, so if you are so inclined,

please keep up the fundraising!

post to the rest of us.
