Costa Rican Smoothie

I just tried this and it was nice and refreshing.

He omitted the cinnamon in the recipe printed on the site, also if you watch the

video he is using a very small watermelon. I omitted the water and used frozen

strawberries. I would add ice if using fresh strawberries.

1/2 small watermelon (maybe 1/6 or 1/4 of a large watermelon)

6 frozen strawberries

1/2 tsp cinnamon

I tried this this morning and it was good.  I did add spinach though. I used my 32oz container.  Deviated from my usual method of blending the greens first since I didn't want to add any extra water.  So I blended some of the watermelon first to get the liquid I needed, added the spinach, gave a quick blend and then added the rest of the watermelon and strawberries and 1 rounded 1/4 tsp of cinnamon and blended for a minute or two.  It filled the 32oz container and I drank the whole thing!  Yumm!
