You can find the video with recipe if you look on YouTube for " lemon curd take 2 " . It's 3 eggs, 1/3 cup lemon juice, 1/2 cup sugar and one stick butter plus tablespoon zest. It's quite good and fast, but I dont think it would please the curd purists. It's more like lemon chiffon filling, kinda airy and frothy.
