Oh wow. Three of 'em! Hope the rebatches go well. I've been there.

I've noticed that the fairies prefer iced tea. ;-)

I've got a lock on the soap fairies here tonight...

Weeee!!! Three big batches of soap on a stick that I'm going to have to

rebatch. Whoo hooo!! It smells fantasmical, but the high vanilla turns this

a chocolate brown in a good looking batch.. guess what it's going to look

like as a re-batch. :-D

I'm off to offer the soap fairies a beer in the hopes that they will leave

me alone for the rest of the month. Maybe two beers.

I think you are right. Iced tea unless it is after midnight and before

2am. ;-)

I feel a little better about it all today. I think adding the 4% cetyl

alcohol did me in. The formula was a mover before that tweak. I'm to add

some black pepper EO and possibly come Cardamom and call it Tahitian

Midnight.

well your rebatch isn't as bad as my mishap. I had to TRASH 8 lbs of soap. They

were cucumber mellon for a bridal shower that i had to do. Needed 75 bars so

decided to do 1-8 lb batch and another 2 lb batch.

I screwed up my calculations and somehow measured 54oz lye. YUP. I thought it

seemed extreme. then when It started to trace it happened really quick,

didn'tnotice the error til I went to measure everything for the 2 lb batch.

noticed something was way off with the lye.

FUN TIMES. thats what I get for allowing family in the house while soapin.
