I wish you all the best for 2009, with as much health, luck and strength as possible. In December, the annual meeting of the American Society of Hematology (ASH 2008) was held in the US. Around 23.000 experts from more than 100 countries met for the 50th " ASH " to share knowledge about the latest results in research on leukemias. The event is quite important for the CML community because latest results of clinical trials and long-term follow-up is being presented. We have compiled a short report of our visit at ASH 2008 for you: * The report is available on the public website of CML Advocates. The report also contains links e.g. to webcasts of the education sessions, and other reports about ASH 2008.
