Dry Mouth

Thanks for that, Sue. I have read a lot about dry mouth and there are many

factors that could cause it. Both of Jimmy's sisters had throat cancer, one in

her tonsils and the other in her thyroid. Both had radiation and has extreme

dry mouth. They each carried a bottle of water everywhere they went. His older

sister had a good sense of humor and while waiting to check out her groceries,

the clerk asked her what she had in her bottle. She was quick to answer, " Gin " .

Sometimes we don't know the damage it can do until it is too late and the damage

is already done, as was in my case. I was not forewarned, even though the

dentist knew I suffered from dry mouth. I now realize that by airing our own

personal problems, we can be the voice of change to others who are not aware

that this and other things await them on other issues, too. Knowledge is the

best tool to fight and eradicate any health problem.

Blessings and I would trade your weather for ours,

Lottie

By the way, how big and worrisome do your mosquitoes get, and do you have to

worry about mosquito-borne diseases?
