problems. I am going through the same things you are. I have

Diverticulosis and IBS. I have not been put on any meds. I was just

told to be sure to take some type of fiber, like Metamucil mixed in

juice. I just had my colonoscopy 2 weeks ago, and everything was

fine. I go through the constipation and diarrhea with no rhyme or

reason also. I had the diarrhea yesterday, and it does not matter

what I eat or when I eat etc. I should try the half of a immodium

like said.

Hi,

I have tried greek yogurt as it is higher in protein and lower in

sugar.I am diabetic so need to watch sugar and I am also Lactose

intolerant.I get terrible gas/bloat,diahhrea with dairy products.I

can do about 1/4c.serving size without too much abdominal distress. It

seems for me if it's not one thing it's a half dozen other

things..LOL..I have also had Gastric Bypass surgery and Lapband

surgery so my diet is also very limited due to those issues as well..

I have tried the yogurt but don't think I eat enough of it or for

a long enough period to get the benefits from it..Thanks for the tip..
