Guest guest Posted February 24, 2006 Report Share Posted February 24, 2006 Sometimes, I'll grow them on the " baby blanket " which you can buy from Sprout People. That way you can lay them on a cutting board and cut the bottoms away and it makes less of a chew problem. We get good broccoli and broccoli/mustard sprouts at the store and I someitmes pick up a container. I also cut off the bottoms one those if I'm not in the mood for the " sprouty " taste and chewiness. Just think of the health benefits, maybe that'll make them more user friendly to you.
