The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) prohibits discrimination against

people with disabilities in employment, transportation, public accommodation,

communications, and governmental activities.

Department of Labor does play a role in the implementation of the Ticket to Work

and Work Incentives Improvement Act (TWWIIA). Under this law, recipients of
