Hi. While I am not on medication, living with a child with OCD is definitely

stressful, and at times, very depressing and sad. Sometimes I feel so sorry

for my daughter! However, don't forget that there will be many positive

times. We have a lot of ups and downs, mostly ups lately. My daughter is not

on medication. She sees a therapist once a week, and he helps me as well! He

lets me " unload " on him before he speaks to her, he gives me suggestions for

ways to deal with her, and always reminds me to take care of myself, which I

try to do. Good luck to you.
