However, don't forget that there will be many positive times. We have a lot of ups and downs, mostly ups lately. My daughter is not on medication. She sees a therapist once a week, and he helps me as well! He lets me " unload " on him before he speaks to her, he gives me suggestions for ways to deal with her, and always reminds me to take care of myself, which I try to do. Good luck to you.
