Guest guest Posted January 24, 2009 Report Share Posted January 24, 2009 Dear , Just to prove to myself that Kosher salt had less sodium, I put regular salt's ingredients, and how much sodium and compared it to a box of sea salt and lastly Kosher. Hands down, Kosher has less sodium. More expensive than regular table salt, though.
