Guest guest
Dear Inday, Agustin is a very lucky man to have you as his mate and support. Gleevec was the first real breakthrough for CML patients, so we consider it a real break for us to have been diagnosed in time to see this revolution in the treatment of CML. Through support groups like ours, patients are learning how to become their own advocate, how they should expect to be treated as a patient and the opportunity to learn about the disease and how to read the blood count reports and bone marrow aspirations. We also know the names of all the best doctors and the nearest locations, and how to get there through voluntary agencies who assist with financial arrangements. Blessings and best of luck to you both, Lottie
