Guest guest
Here's my version of Herbal Tooth Powder....... 6 parts Comfrey Root 3 parts Oak bark 3 parts Horsetail grass 3 parts Peppermint 1 part Lobelia 1 part Cloves Powder all herbs and mix really well. Separately, mix equal amounts of sea salt and baking soda, total equal in volume to the volume of the blended herbs. Powder and mix. Mix the powdered herbs and the salt/soda powder in equal amounts. Store in an airtight container. To use, I dip my toothbrush in the rinse solution, tap out the excess water, and then dip into the tooth powder mixture so that the powder adheres to the wet brush. Don't worry about additional liquid to brush with. Your salivary glands will start working overtime, giving you enough excess liquid to brush with. Rinse:4 oz water and a capful or two of pharmaceutical grade hydrogen peroxide. I also use this to brush my tongue with.
