Dear Reader,

The next time that you see a friend or family member

suffering with hiccups, try this:

Break into a full sprint toward the person while

shaking a fist in the air and yelling your best

battle cry. If you aren't sure how to generate a quality battle cry, just holler nonsense at the top of your lungs.

I can pretty much guarantee that doing this will cure

your friend or family member of hiccups. Provided,

of course, that you don't do this sort of thing on

a routine basis. And yes, this little suggestion on how to cure someone

of hiccups was inspired by me doing just this for my

wife on Sunday. After just a brief look of terror appeared on her sweet face, she broke into the biggest gales of laughter ever, and to her and my pleasant

surprise, she was cured. I don't believe I've ever had a prouder moment. Not

so much because I cured her of her hiccups. But because my battle cry was so fierce and spontaneous.

Okay, enough about hiccups for now. I have four new

items today, so please pick and choose those that perk

your interest.

That's all for today. Just in case you try running at

a friend or family member with the noble intention of

curing hiccups, please remember that you should never make such an attempt first thing in the morning or if you are feeling sluggish - to break into a sprint when your body is not feeling spry is a memorable way to bust an Achilles tendon. Really, I kid you not - the vast majority of tendon tears that I have encountered over the years have occurred to people while they were over-exerting themselves early in the morning, when blood circulation

is at its worst. Wishing you and your loved ones a healthy week,

Ben Kim P.S. In case you missed the introduction of five new

healthy foods that we added to our natural health shop
